TENDER DESCRIPTION

The waste collection public service management delegation contract implies separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams; street sanitation and snow removal implies delegation by assigning a public procurement contract for the activities mentioned above within the territory of Chiajna Commune provided for in Law no. 101/2006 on the localities’ waste collection service as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 on the waste regime).
