TENDER DESCRIPTION
Plot No 1 with a maximum area of 14 m² is exclusively intended for organising nautical activities using non-motorised watercraft, with the installation of an openable removable terrace of a maximum of 8 m². The operator is also authorised to use 7 linear metres of the jetty/ponton located nearby for its nautical activities. The operator shall, at its own expense, ensure the maintenance, upkeep and hygiene of the entirety of its plot, of any structures present on its plot, of the equipment and the surrounding areas.
