TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot no. 1 with a maximum area of 14 m² is exclusively intended for the organisation of water-based activities using non-motorised watercraft, with the installation of a removable open terrace of maximum 8 m². The operator is also authorised to use 7 m of the jetty located nearby for its water-based activities. The operator shall, at its own expense, ensure the maintenance, upkeep and hygiene of the entirety of its lot, any structures located on its lot, the equipment and the surrounding areas.
