TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concession’s purpose is to entrust an operator with the operation of the public transport service by RoPax vessels (freight and passengers) between Dieppe and Newhaven. The base offer that the Concessionaire must submit will include at least 1,690 crossings, i.e. 845 return trips per year, under the conditions specified in the contract. The basic timetable pattern for crossings is as follows: - Low season - from 01 October to 30 April: 4 crossings per day from Monday to Friday and 6 crossings in total over the weekend - Shoulder season - from 01 May to 13 July and in September: 6 crossings per day - High season - from 14 July to 31 August: 6 crossings per day from Monday to Friday and 16 crossings over the weekend Variants to this basic schedule will be required in order to optimize operations (details and numbers in the tender consultation rules).
