TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Delegatee's mission notably includes, in compliance with the applicable regulations and under the conditions defined by the Contract: - To obtain from the competent authorities all necessary authorizations, approvals, and declarations for the practice and organization of activities and events to be held within the Facility; - To ensure the administrative, commercial, and financial management of the Facility; - To recruit and assign qualified and trained personnel according to the service needs, in compliance with applicable regulations, in order to ensure the continuity of public service; - To welcome and inform users, guarantee their safety, and ensure their supervision; - To ensure the promotion and communication necessary for the development of the Facility's reputation and attractiveness, both within the Delegating entity's territory and outside its perimeter; - To organize and coordinate indoor and outdoor activities, animations, and educational, pedagogical, sports, recreational, and leisure events, going beyond the scope of the service traditionally offered to users according to an innovative and forward-looking approach; - To develop and market related spaces,…
