TENDER DESCRIPTION

This delegation aims to entrust a third party with the management of the motor vehicle impound lot on behalf of the municipality of the City of Six-Fours-les-Plages under the conditions set out in the Highway Code. The operations carried out by the delegated company concern two-, three- and four-wheeled vehicles, caravans, and trailers, and include: - Removal - Transport to the storage/guarding location, - Impoundment of the vehicles, - Guarding of the vehicles on the site(s) of the delegated company, arranged by it in accordance with the applicable regulatory texts, - Delivery of the vehicles to the Service des Domaines - Delivery of the vehicles to an approved company tasked with destruction, - Return to users, - Management of appraisals/assessments, where applicable, - Providing information for all administrative documents, including the “dashboard”. The delegate will design and operate the public service at its own risk. The delegate’s remuneration consists of the fees collected from offenders.
