TENDER DESCRIPTION

This concession is intended to entrust a third party with the management of the vehicle impoundment yard on behalf of the municipality of the City of Six-Fours-les-Plages under the conditions provided for by the Highway Code. The operations carried out by the concessionaire company concern two-, three- and four-wheeled vehicles, caravans and trailers, and include: - Removal - Transport to the storage/keeping location, - Impounding of vehicles, - Keeping/guarding of vehicles on the site (or sites) of the concessionaire company, arranged by it in accordance with the applicable regulatory texts, - Handing over the vehicles to the “Service des Domaines” - Handing over the vehicles to an approved company responsible for destruction, - Returning the vehicles to users, - Management of appraisals/expert assessments, where applicable, - Providing all administrative documents, including the “dashboard”. The concessionaire shall design and operate the public service at its own risk. The concessionaire’s remuneration consists of the fees collected from offenders.
