TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Castres is the owner, at the place called "La Borde Basse", located at 440 rue Marcel Burgun, 81100 Castres, of a municipal equestrian center currently managed by the Castres La Borde-Basse Equestrian Center Authority. For legal, economic, and fiscal reasons, the municipality wished to change the management method of the equestrian center. By resolution of June 30, 2026, the Castres Municipal Council decided to delegate the public service of the equestrian center by way of leasing.
