TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Castres is the owner, at the place called "La Borde Basse", located at 440 rue Marcel Burgun, 81100 Castres, of a municipal equestrian centre currently managed by the Regie of the Castres La Borde-Basse equestrian centre. For legal, economic and fiscal reasons, the municipality wished to change the management mode of the equestrian centre. By resolution of 30 June 2026, the Castres Municipal Council decided to delegate the public service of the equestrian centre by way of leasing.
