TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service delegation in the form of a leasing contract, for the management of the early childhood service of Charbonnières-les-Bains, comprising an EAJE with 42 places and a kindergarten with 21 places. The contract is concluded for an initial period of two and a half years, i.e. 30 months, from 1 March 2027 to 31 August 2029. Then the contract may be renewed twice for a period of one year, from 1 September 2029 to 31 August 2030 and then from 1 September 2030 to 31 August 2031. The potential total duration of the contract is therefore four and a half years, i.e. 54 months. The municipality may renounce renewal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt received by the delegatee no later than 28 February of the year of the concerned renewal.
