TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is building modifications and an extension of part of the Dělnický House Peklo site, including the building of the large hall, the adjoining cloakroom facilities, the staircase and the entrance hall. The complex of buildings was gradually constructed at the site of a significant change in terrain. It includes two underground storeys, one above-ground storey and an attic. The plot of the proposed site is bounded by Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní and practically reaches the General PATTON bridge. These are plots no. 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8 and 5265/28 in Plzeň cadastral area (k.ú. Plzeň). In terms of transport, the building is connected to the roads in Pobřežní Street and Jízdecká Street. The part of the building being addressed forms part of the complex “Dělnický House Peklo”, which is registered as a cultural monument under the official evidence number ÚSKP 47588/4-205. As part of the performance of the public contract, an additional building-and-heritage survey and an area-based restoration survey are also to be carried out.
