TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is construction alterations and an extension of part of the Workers’ House Peklo site, including the large hall building, the adjoining cloakroom facilities, the stairwell and the entrance hall. The complex of buildings was gradually built at the location of a pronounced terrain fault. It comprises two underground floors, one above-ground floor and an attic. The plot of the site being addressed is bounded by Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní and extends practically up to the General PATTON bridge. These are plots parc. no. 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8 and 5265/28 in the cadastral area (k.ú.) Plzeň. In terms of transport, the building is connected to the roads in Pobřežní Street and in Jízdecká Street. The part of the building being addressed is part of the complex “Workers’ House Peklo”, which is registered as a cultural monument, official registration number ÚSKP 47588/4-205.
