The subject of the contract is the dismantling of the existing internal lift, the supply and installation of a new passenger lift at the Social Assistance Home in Muszyna, within the scope and on the terms specified in these Terms of Contract Award (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia, SWZ). The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: the functional and utility programme and an annex to the Functional and Utility Programme, being Annex No 1 and No 1a to the SWZ. The conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
