TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supply and installation of remote monitoring and video surveillance devices at the waste collection centers of the Deputy General Directorate for Waste Prevention, Collection and Recovery in order to combat theft, vandalism and incivility. · Supply and installation of remote monitoring equipment on the concerned sites consisting of an alarm system with intrusion detectors placed in strategic areas of the sites, a remote monitoring service (remote site surveillance, on-site intervention by a security agent, verification in connection with law enforcement agencies…); · Supply and installation of video surveillance equipment consisting of several video cameras connected to a video recorder and the internet network for real-time image viewing and verification; · A remote monitoring contract; · A maintenance contract which will start as from the expiry of the equipment warranty period. This consultation is a re-launch of the initial consultation declared void due to lack of success.
