TENDER DESCRIPTION

This call for tenders concerns the supply and installation of remote monitoring and video surveillance devices at the waste collection sites of the Deputy General Directorate for Waste Prevention, Collection and Recovery in order to combat theft, vandalism, and antisocial behaviour. · The supply and installation of remote monitoring equipment on the relevant sites consisting of an alarm system with intrusion detectors placed in strategic areas of the sites, a remote monitoring service (remote site surveillance, on-site intervention by a security agent, confirmation of incidents in connection with law enforcement authorities…); · The supply and installation of video surveillance equipment consisting of multiple video cameras connected to a video recorder and the internet network for real-time image viewing and incident confirmation; · A remote monitoring contract; · A maintenance contract which will commence once the equipment warranty period expires. The call for tenders is a re-launch of the initial call declared unsuccessful due to lack of response.
