• Installation and Post-Installation Records: Plans, calculation notes, security protocols, authorizations, DOE (Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés), photos, wiring diagrams, equipment inventory, configurations, certificates, and PVs.
• Platform and Software Documentation: Installation, exploitation, backup, supervision, security, and update files for the platform, along with user and administrator manuals, rights matrix, API documentation, workflows, and formats for the software.
• Testing and Acceptance Documentation: Test book, test results, anomaly lists, site PVs, VA (Verification of Aptitude), VSR (Verification of Regular Service), and admission reports.
• Maintenance Documentation: Maintenance plan, procedures, emergency stock list, maintenance reports, and version register.
• End of Contract/Reversibility Data: Exports, dictionaries, accounts, certificates, keys, configurations, deletion attestation, AI model weights, inference scripts and binaries, and AI documentation.
