TENDER DESCRIPTION
The lot includes depot, moving and logistics planning services for the full vacation of the building parts affected by the renovation of the Senckenberg Natural History Museum Frankfurt, in particular the main building, the south wing and the Reimers building, as well as the subsequent withdrawal planning. The subject of the contract is depot, logistics and moving management services within the meaning of § 103 para. 4 GWB. The services include in particular advice and project management, planning, logistics and moving planning including return transport, and coordination of the implementation of moving out and moving back in. The positions 1.1 to 2.6 of Appendix L01_Leistungsbeschreibung (service description) are decisive. Level 0 (firm assignment): Development of general concepts for moving planning, collection of data and determining and defining target properties, as well as moving concept development and budgeting and preparation of the contract notice for the packaging and transport services, phased assignment (see Appendix L01_Leistungsbeschreibung "Phased procedure").
