TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this services contract is the IT development and adaptation of the procurement management module integrated in the SAGE200 environment, enabling the organisation’s entire procurement process to be managed — from the proposal and authorisation of purchase orders through to the receipt and handling of the corresponding invoices — ensuring traceability and integration with the existing economic management systems. The contract also includes the incorporation and configuration of a connected document management system, enabling the filing, retrieval, signature workflow and automatic linking of the documentation generated in the different procurement processes, ensuring its security and accessibility; as well as its maintenance and support.
