TENDER DESCRIPTION
Port of Antwerp Bruges (POAB) wishes to redevelop the Swedish Quay in Zeebrugge into a future-proof Cruise Terminal that will reduce operating costs and contribute to a safe and pleasant cruise experience. Currently, cruises are handled from the ABC building, which is located a little farther from the Swedish Quay, making bus transport (between the terminal in the ABC building and the cruise ships) necessary for passengers. A new cruise terminal on the Swedish Quay should make it possible for passengers to access the terminal building directly from the cruise ships — and vice versa — by means of boarding bridges (connecting bridges between the terminal and the cruise ship).
