Design Services for the National Archives, Ireland

The contract will be issued for a term of 4 years. The Contracting Authority has the right to extend this term for a period or periods of up to 12 months, with a maximum of one such extension. The agreement takes effect on its effective date and expires on an [Insert date] placeholder. Milestones, compliance schedules, and operational protocols will be agreed upon between the Client's Contact and the Contractor's Contact.

The core scope of work for this tender involves an external design company supporting The National Archives for four years. This support includes all design associated with their new site at Sean McDermott Street, as well as corporate design, education and outreach programmes and events, and future exhibition programmes.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Management and delivery of specific graphic and conceptual design projects.
• Design and delivery of animations, booklets, brochures, corporate materials, illustrations, infographics, invitations, leaflets, logos, newsletters, publications, podcasts, and video.
• Creation of online digital branding assets for web and social media, as well as online events, to ensure corporate consistency across all communication channels.
• Development of promotional tools such as posters, flyers, and banners.
• Design of displays, photo essays, information stands, billboards, pull-up banners, and materials for use at public events.
• Production of materials for exhibitions.
