TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to designate a provider specialising in call centre services responsible for handling incoming calls for Centr’Habitat. The services include: - call handling during certain business hours, according to a variable schedule provided by the contracting authority; call handling outside business hours, on weekends, on public holidays and during exceptional closures, with calls transferred to the services or on-call personnel in accordance with the procedures defined by Centr’Habitat. The contract is concluded for a period of one year and may be tacitly extended up to three times for successive twelve-month periods. Due to the nature of the services, involving direct contact with French-speaking users and the processing of personal data, specific requirements regarding language (French) and the location of the service are provided for in the special specifications.
