TENDER DESCRIPTION

Appointment of a real estate agency for the purpose of proceeding with the sale of administrative office complexes. LOT 1: “Défi” Complex located in Zoning de Jumet, 4th rue, 6040 Jumet. The City of Charleroi is the full owner. For information purposes, the contracting authority assesses the potential sale of this property at an amount of 2,450,000 EUR (excluding costs/fees). The contract includes, in particular, the following services: • Ensure advertising for the properties for sale (in particular by means of notices on property sales websites, on the agency’s website, the agency’s address book, etc.); • Organise visits to the properties for sale with prospective purchasers; • Obtain reliable offers; • Negotiate and present firm offers to the City’s Heritage Service. Following the presentation of these offers, the contracting authority will itself designate the successful purchaser at the end of an auction process carried out by its own staff. The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that this contract does not include the mandate to conclude a purchase/sale contract in the name and on behalf of the City of Charleroi.
