TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the competition is the design of a new building for a children's hospice that will expand the existing St. Stephen's Hospice with a new health respite care service in the field of pediatric palliative medicine. The purpose of the competition is to select and award the most suitable design – the solution to the subject of the competition, which meets the contracting authority's requirements contained in these competition conditions and in the competition documents. The purpose of the competition is to select, through the awarding of prizes, participants with whom the contracting authority will negotiate the awarding of the subsequent contract in negotiated procedure without publication in accordance with § 143 paragraph 2 and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "JŘBU"), as described in these conditions.
