The following services are part of lot/contracting unit VE ZHG-394-05 Work in the listed building, use exclusively of qualified personnel The activities are to be carried out in an environment of high quality for the preservation of historic monuments. For the work, only personnel may be used who have the necessary technical and professional expertise for work on existing buildings protected as historic monuments. Only qualified and reliable personnel may be used. The executing company has a special duty of care and must monitor its own personnel. Carpentry work - Dismantling of built-in elements The services include comprehensive dismantling work without damage. The dismantled built-in components are intended for reinstallation. All built-in components must, for the later reinstallation, be labeled, protected, carefully packaged and transported: 1.
