The following services form part of the VE ZHG-394-05 Works in a listed (protected) building; use exclusively of qualified personnel The activities must be carried out in an environment of high quality in terms of monument care. For the works, only personnel may be used who have the necessary general and specialist knowledge for work on existing buildings protected as monuments. Only qualified and reliable personnel may be used. The executing company has a special duty of care and must supervise its own personnel. All built-in components must be mapped/catalogued, protected, carefully packed and transported for the later reinstatement: 1.
