TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services are part of the VE ZHG-394-05 Work in the listed/protected building, use exclusively of qualified personnel The activities must be carried out in an environment that is of a high standard in terms of building preservation. Only personnel may be deployed for the work that has the necessary general and specialist expertise for work on existing buildings that are listed/protected. Only qualified and reliable personnel may be used. The executing company has a special duty of care and responsibility for monitoring its own personnel. Protective measures As a preliminary step for extensive dismantling work in the building, the following work is to be carried out: Protective measures using wood-based material for wall and floor surfaces as well as for built-in items to be protected that are not to be dismantled (approx. 2,500 sq m) Deadlines Start of performance: 12 working days after receipt of the contract award letter End of performance: 72 working days after receipt of the contract award letter see also binding individual deadlines
