TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the request of the authority for Economic Affairs, Labour and Innovation (BWAI), a feasibility study was carried out to implement 15 lorry staging bays in the industrial area Billbrook / Rothenburgsort in the district of Hamburg-Mitte. The objective of the measure is to support the revitalization and modernization of the industrial area and to improve the transport infrastructure for heavy goods traffic. The identified 15 lorry staging areas are to be checked with regard to their feasibility and planned further and implemented on the basis of the currently applicable rules and regulations (ReStra). The present feasibility study serves as the basis for preliminary planning. The existing documents are to be reviewed by the contractor, checked, and included in the further planning. The contractor’s scope of service includes the basic services of object planning for traffic facilities in accordance with Part 3, Section 4 (§§ 45 et seq.) of HOAI in service phases 1 to 8 pursuant to § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 13, No. 13.1 HOAI, as well as the relevant requirements of the LB-Straßen.
