TENDER DESCRIPTION

The task of the successful tenderer is to provide student cooperative members for the purpose of cost-efficient and flexible fulfilment of the contracting authority’s temporary or suddenly arising human resource needs, within the framework of an external service under Section 10/B of Act X of 2006 on cooperatives (hereinafter: Sztv.), in accordance with the requirements detailed in Part I of the technical specification. Appointment of candidates The task of the successful tenderer is to ensure cooperative members that meet the contracting authority’s needs: after pre-screening, within the deadline proposed by the successful tenderer in its tender, forwarding to the contracting authority the curriculum vitae and contact details of the appropriate cooperative members. The contracting authority may request the provision of a new cooperative member with appropriate justification. The successful tenderer is obliged to submit suitable candidates again and ensures that the relevant cooperative members appear at the interview.
