TENDER DESCRIPTION

The winning tenderer’s task is to provide members of an employment cooperative for Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., as the Client, Road Toll Business Unit (organizational unit), under the framework of an external service pursuant to Section 10/B of Act X of 2006 on cooperatives (hereinafter: Sztv.), in accordance with the requirements detailed in the technical description, also in order to ensure cost-effective and flexible fulfillment of the Client’s temporary and/or suddenly arising human resource needs. During the term of the contract, the planned number of cooperative members requested by the Client is 50; this figure also includes those cooperative members who, at the time of the public procurement, provide services to the Client within the framework of service provision through an employment cooperative (hereinahere: performance of assigned tasks), and for whom the Client continues to request, within the framework of service provision by the Contracting Party, further performance of the assigned tasks.
