TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to define a project for the redevelopment of the Jacobins block in the Historic City of Angers, using the competitive dialogue procedure. At the end of the competitive dialogue, a framework agreement for design and project management services will be executed through subsequent contracts. The terms and conditions for the execution of the subsequent contracts resulting from the framework agreement following the dialogue will be specified in the documents for each subsequent contract.
