TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 3 low-floor solo buses with electric drive (electric buses) to electrify the bus fleet. The technical requirements and other deliverables can be found in Annex 6. The use of the electric buses is intended for public local transport. The final planning regarding whether electric buses are needed, how many are needed, and in which traffic they will be deployed has not yet been completed. Due to grant regulation deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is awarding a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will, depending on demand, call off 0 to a maximum of 3 vehicles from the framework agreement. There is no obligation of acceptance for the contracting authority under the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 31.10.2028. The earliest date is 1.12.2027. The contractor will agree the exact delivery date of the vehicles within this time window with the contracting authority.
