TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 3 low-floor solo buses with electric drive (electric buses) to electrify the bus fleet. The technical requirements and other performance items can be found in Annex 6. The deployment of the electric buses is intended for public local passenger transport. Final planning on whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses are needed, and in which service they will be used has not yet been completed. Due to funding-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is awarding a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). Depending on demand, the contracting authority will call off 0 to a maximum of 3 vehicles from the framework agreement. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to accept vehicles from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 31.10.2028. The earliest date is 1.12.2027. The contractor agrees the exact delivery date of the vehicles within this time corridor with the contracting authority.
