TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement with an initial duration of 5 years, once extendable by 2 years and a second time extendable by 1 year, concerning the management of security screening equipment, mainly including the following: • Ensuring a 24/7 presence on site in order to enable immediate first-line interventions. • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of ETD-, LED-, WTMD- and SAMD security screening equipment (first and second line). • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of X-ray scanners for staff and passenger baggage (first and second line). • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of X-ray scanners for Out of Gauge (OOG) baggage (first and second line). • Carrying out interventions on HBS X-ray scanners and the central matrix system (first line). • Managing the stock of spare parts owned by Brussels Airport Company (BAC). • Managing the stock of consumables in operational use owned by BAC. • Carrying out first- and second-line interventions on all field hardware related to security screening (workstations, operator stations for both HBS and remote screening) within the scope of System Engineering.
