TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Civil Engineering Office of the Canton of Zurich employs around 500 staff. The majority of employees (420 staff) work in public road areas and are therefore subject to the traffic regulations and are obliged to wear workwear according to EN ISO 20471. Thus, the TBA ZH is evaluating, with the present tender, a company with which a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear including laundry service will be concluded. The framework agreement includes the delivery of the stock as an annual lot, stock replenishment orders in subsequent years, stock management and the laundry service. The laundry service includes pick-up and delivery service, cleaning, and repair of the clothing. The supplier is obliged to take over the existing clothing collection of the TBA ZH (including stock) and integrate it into its laundry logistics.
