TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the DRIVE programme, the Canton of St.Gallen is introducing the Microsoft Power Platform as part of its digital workplace. The technical platform, the operational organisation and the basic governance, architecture and security requirements are provided by the Canton of St.Gallen and its existing service providers. The Microsoft Power Platform is made available to the canton’s organisational units as a standardised platform for the digitisation and automation of business processes. With Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate, in particular applications, digital forms, approval and workflow solutions, and other process automations are to be implemented and further developed. Depending on the use case, the standard connectors released in the cantonal Microsoft-365 environment may be used. For professional implementation, the Canton requires supplementary external expertise and capacity. The solutions must comply with the applicable requirements for architecture, governance, information security, data protection, quality assurance, documentation and operations.
