TENDER DESCRIPTION
The BMDS is required to establish and operate an internal reporting office pursuant to Section 12 of the HinSchG for the receipt and processing of reports concerning potential infringements. The purpose of this procurement procedure is therefore to conclude a contract promptly under which a third party pursuant to Section 14(1) sentence 1 3rd case of the HinSchG is commissioned to carry out the tasks of the internal reporting office for the BMDS as an employer within the meaning of the HinSchG.
