TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service in each individual case includes the following: - Checking the plausibility of the order and the supplied layout data, - Typesetting of the data and checking compliance with NDR’s corporate design guidelines (font, logo, color application, page grid) - Image retouching and image editing, - Delivery of PDFs for screen viewing, print PDFs and proofs taking into account the respective technical specifications; TIFFs/JPEGs or PNGs for digital products - Storing and managing the print data and digital templates. The creation and dispatch of a viewing PDF and two correction rounds including two proofs if desired, as well as delivery of the print data digitally to two recipients per product, must be provided free of charge. The above-mentioned services must be included on a flat-rate basis in the unit prices (see also the note in the price lists regarding implemented services). In addition, the existing data stock must be taken over from the current service provider to the awarded company. One week after the end of the contract term has expired, the complete data transfer to the new service provider must be completed. The service in each individual case includes the…
