TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service in each individual case includes the following: - Checking the plausibility of the order and the layout data provided, - Redrawing the data and checking compliance with NDR’s Corporate Design guidelines (typefaces, logo, color scheme, page grid), - Image retouching and editing, - Delivery of PDFs for screen viewing, print PDFs and proofs taking into account the respective technical specifications; Tiffs/JPEGs or PNGs for digital products, - Storage and management of the print data and digital templates. The creation and dispatch of a viewing PDF and two correction rounds including two proofs if requested, as well as delivery of the print data electronically to two recipients per product, shall be provided free of charge. The aforementioned services must be taken into account on a lump-sum basis in the individual prices (see also the note regarding the price lists for the services to be implemented). In addition, a transfer/hand-over of the existing data stocks from the current service provider to the awarded company must be carried out. One week after the end of the contract term, the complete data transfer to the new service provider must be completed.
