TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Lot 1: The contractor assumes the function of the external Compliance Officer for Vivantes. He performs the functions of an objective and independent expert role and, based on his specialist knowledge and experience, provides the expert leadership for the tasks described below. In addition, he is responsible for the management, monitoring and further development of the compliance management system. The organizational as well as disciplinary leadership are not part of the contract awarded here. For Lot 2: A law firm or consulting company is sought with sufficient legal expertise, in particular in the fields of criminal law and medical law, which assumes for Vivantes the function of an outsourced internal reporting office while meeting the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The contractor operates the outsourced internal reporting office for the group companies in accordance with the relevant requirements of the HinSchG.
