TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Lot 1: The contractor assumes the role of the external Compliance Officer for Vivantes. He performs the functions of an objective and instruction-independent expert role and, based on his specialist knowledge and experience, takes on the expert management of the tasks described below. In addition, he is responsible for the direction, monitoring and further development of the compliance management system. The organizational and disciplinary management are not part of the contract to be awarded here. For Lot 2: A law firm or consulting company is sought with sufficient legal expertise, in particular in the areas of criminal law and medical law, which assumes for Vivantes the function of an outsourced internal reporting office in compliance with the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The contractor operates the outsourced internal reporting office for the group companies in compliance with the relevant requirements of the HinSchG.
