TENDER DESCRIPTION

Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH, hereinafter referred to as “WWN” – intends to award a contract for services for the operational management of the street lighting networks in its supply area. The street lighting network, the distribution cabinets and the switchgear (“street lighting network”) are owned by WWN (contracting authority). The prospective contractor assumes responsibility for the safe operation and the safe condition of the street lighting networks in the supply area. The street lighting network is designed as a switched network and consists predominantly of cables of the type NYY 4 × 10 mm². It is part of the low-voltage grid. Overall responsibility for the operation of the street lighting network remains with the contracting authority. The contractor is responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a section of the street lighting network until it has been fully transferred to the public grid of the contracting authority’s general supply.
