TENDER DESCRIPTION

HDSR wishes to contract two contracting parties by means of each separate framework agreement. The assignment consists of recruiting, selecting and contracting temporary external personnel. Primarily focused on these two segments: • temp agency workers; • secondment workers. The assignment is aimed at providing high-quality, suitable candidates for often unique and specialist roles primarily within the following domains: • engineering within a water authority; • specialists in the field of water; • IT; • operations and administration. Within the assignment, the focus is on ensuring continuity, shared responsibility within the triangle of both Contracting Parties and HDSR, healthy competition and partnership. Characteristic of the assignment is: • no bulk or generic hiring; • mainly tailor-made solutions and specialist profiles; • a high degree of variation in assignments; • the intermediary model; the contracting party is responsible for the suppliers.
