TENDER DESCRIPTION

HDSR wishes to contract two contractors by means of two separate framework agreements. The assignment consists of the recruitment, selection and contracting of temporary external staffing. Primarily focused on these two segments: • temporary agency workers; • seconded workers. The assignment is aimed at supplying high-quality, suitable candidates for often unique and specialist functions, mainly within the following domains: • engineering within a water authority (waterschap); • specialists in the field of water; • IT; • business operations. Within the assignment, the focus is on ensuring continuity, shared responsibility within the triangle formed by both Contractors and HDSR, fair competition and partnership. Characteristic of the assignment is: • no bulk or generic staffing; • predominantly custom work and specialist profiles; • a high degree of variation in assignments; • the intermediation model; the contractor is responsible for the suppliers.
