TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is to contract one contractor who provides integral, high-quality, and flexible services focused on social guidance, financial self-reliance, and participation/work for status holders and integration obligation subjects within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. Additionally, the objective is that the same contractor will also carry out the participation declaration trajectories. The estimated contract value amounts to €177,024 per year excluding VAT. The maximum total value of this contract amounts to €1,200,000 excluding VAT over a period of four (4) years. If the maximum total value is exceeded within the maximum term of four (4) years, the framework agreement will cease to have effect and will terminate by operation of law. In that case, the municipality will retender the contract in accordance with applicable procurement legislation.
