TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Landkreis Fürth intends to build a new four-court sports hall with a grandstand on the site of the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer Gymnasium in Oberasbach as a replacement facility for the existing sports hall. The implementation of the replacement new build is planned to be carried out by a total contractor. The sports hall was built between 1974 and 1978. Through the replacement new build, sports instruction can once again take place in a functional sports hall, adjustment of standards for championships, improvement of energy efficiency and thereby a reduction in operating costs. For the users – school students and sports clubs of Landkreis Fürth – a safe and attractive sports venue is to be provided, where cross-disciplinary sports events, indoor district championship events (Hallenlandkreismeisterschaften) or international indoor masters (Hallenmasters) can also take place. During construction, instruction in the existing sports hall can continue, as the replacement new build is planned in another location. Club sports can also be continued.
