TENDER DESCRIPTION
This lot covers software products and digital solutions to be developed for the internal needs of the City of Espoo, for which no appropriate off-the-shelf software is available or whose procurement as ready-made solutions would not be cost-effective. This concerns the City’s own application development, with the objective of producing for the City of Espoo the key tailored solutions that support service production and the city’s digitalisation. “Volt” refers to a set of methods, teams, and tools by which the City of Espoo develops and maintains digital services and applications throughout their entire lifecycle. The estimated total value of Lot 1 for four (4) years, excluding value added tax, is EUR 4,000,000.
