TENDER DESCRIPTION

Region Värmland (the region) is procuring a Digital application for production and capacity planning (PKS). PKS is to be implemented throughout all healthcare services within the region, including dental care. The supplier shall: Provide, free of charge throughout the entire contract period, the licenses that the solution requires based on the requirements set out in the subject of the contract and which the Region does not provide according to Appendix 9, Description of the IT environment. Have full responsibility for applicable laws, regulations and provisions regarding the service to be complied with. Throughout the entire contract period, be actively involved in supporting the Region regarding the development of processes that the solution supports. Have continuity management for its commitment to the Region. Manage and deliver the agreed solution in accordance with Appendix 6, Service Levels (SLA), and Appendix 3, Administration. The solution shall be delivered as an overall commitment via a SaaS service.
