TENDER DESCRIPTION

The National Museum of Finland is seeking tenders for the digital exhibition design, software development, and production of its reopening exhibition, encompassing comprehensive media design, programming, project management, and technical delivery of an Artificial Intelligence System in the form of interactive media software. This includes the creation and installation of various exhibition media, AV, and interactive elements such as a Lobby Screen, projections, nine interactive "Chatty Objects" AI stations, and exhibition-wide soundscapes. The scope further covers extensive software development, testing, installation, configuration, staff training, ongoing support, and the provision of detailed technical, operational, and maintenance documentation to ensure the system's re-usability. Production is targeted to commence around September 2026, with delivery to be completed by January 2027, and the estimated value of this procurement ranges from 400,000 to 550,000 EUR (VAT 0%).
