TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites bids for the development of a digital e-learning module focused on climate change and sustainable development, intended for municipal employees and various adult education target groups. The core scope involves creating comprehensive, modular course content (4-6 modules) that covers climate change fundamentals, sustainable governance, practical CO₂ reduction solutions, digital solutions, and public engagement tools, all aligned with the Erasmus+ "DIGI-GREEN FUTURE" project and Net Zero Cities CESF guidelines. Key technical requirements include the full implementation and seamless integration of the interactive and user-friendly module into the existing macibas.liepaja.lv e-learning platform, which operates on a Moodle environment, ensuring complete Moodle functionality and adherence to e-learning best practices. All learning materials must be formatted according to the Liepāja City Municipality's unified design. The total duration for the completion of this work is three months from the date the Agreement is concluded.
TENDER BRIEF
The contract starts on the day of its signing and remains in force until all obligations of the parties are completely fulfilled. The Contractor is obliged to commence the execution of the Agreement on the next working day after its conclusion. The total duration for the completion of the work is 3 (three) months from the date the Agreement is concluded. The work is considered completed when the Work Handover-Acceptance Act is mutually signed. The work performance deadline can be extended if the Customer does not provide necessary information in time.
