TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes an overall total delivery, the purpose of which is to ensure stable collection and delivery of consumption data for billing and operational optimization for Ringsted Forsyning. The overall total delivery includes, in general, the following services: • Delivery and installation of new water meters and heat meters during the Implementation Period • Data collection infrastructure • Data collection system • Transfer of existing meters to new data collection infrastructure • Delivery of new water meters and heat meters outside the Project (pure goods purchase) • Operating services Delivery and installation of new meters during the Implementation Period includes replacing approximately 6,700 water meters and approximately 2,640 heat meters over a total implementation period of approximately 4 years. The total supplier has overall responsibility for ensuring that data are collected at the agreed intervals and to the agreed quality. The contract includes requirements for a service employment clause (employment clause related to contract work).
